Recording: $5.00 per Page and $ .50 per lot or section
(front and back count as 2 Pages) All documents must be originals. We do not file copies.

Must allow 2" space at the top for recording information or an additional page will be attached and $5.00 charged for that page

Documentary stamp (or revenue stamps) are charged on sale price of property. A 521 form must accompany the deed showing the sale price. Revenue stamps are figured at $2.25 per $1000 of sale price (rounded off to the nearest $1000)

Copies of a document are $1.00 per page. Faxes are the same. Certified copies are $1.00 per page plus $1.50 for the certification paragraph.
